These terms govern use of zynovexllc.com and the public inquiry flow. They do not replace the separate written agreement required for any paid documentation, validation, or implementation work.

What this page does not do

It does not publish project-specific legal terms, price numbers, warranties, or delivery obligations. Those belong in the signed client documents.

Sensitive data warning

Do not submit payment card data, medical records, secrets, or other highly sensitive data through the public inquiry form unless Zynovex has explicitly requested a secure channel first.

1. Scope of these terms

These public terms apply to your use of the Zynovex website, published content, and inquiry or contact paths. They are intended to set expectations for website use and inquiry handling only.

Any paid documentation, change validation, implementation work, or ongoing support is governed by separate written project documents agreed between Zynovex and the client.

2. Acceptable site use

  • Use the site only for lawful business purposes and accurate inquiry submission.
  • Do not attempt to break, overload, scrape, spam, reverse engineer, or bypass the site's forms, APIs, routing rules, or security controls.
  • Do not submit false identities, someone else's business information without authorization, or content that is abusive, illegal, or infringing.

3. Inquiry, contact, and review flow

  • Submitting /start or emailing Zynovex does not create a client relationship or guarantee a quote.
  • Zynovex may route requests to qualified, manual-review, or no-fit outcomes based on scope clarity, urgency, budget readiness, and decision-maker access.
  • Next-step access is reserved for requests that pass review or are explicitly invited into the next step.

4. How engagements are actually formed

  • Documentation, change validation, implementation, and any continuing work begin only after explicit written confirmation from both sides.
  • Scope, fees, payment schedule, delivery timing, confidentiality, intellectual property, acceptance criteria, liability terms, and dispute terms live in the signed engagement documents for that project.
  • Public website copy, articles, or email discussions do not override the signed project agreement.

5. What Zynovex does not provide

Zynovex delivers scoped, time-bounded implementation work. The following are outside every engagement unless a signed agreement expressly adds them, and nothing on this website should be read as offering them:

  • 24/7 hosting or managed infrastructure operations

    Zynovex does not host, own, or operate your infrastructure on an ongoing basis. Your systems stay in your accounts, under your billing, and remain your responsibility to run.

  • Continuous monitoring, alerting, or uptime commitments

    No engagement includes watching your systems around the clock, receiving your alerts, or any uptime, availability, or response-time service level — unless a separate signed agreement says otherwise in those words.

  • On-call or incident response

    Zynovex is not an on-call escalation path. If something breaks outside an active engagement window, there is no obligation to respond, and no paging, rotation, or emergency retainer is implied.

  • Regulatory certification or legal advice

    Implementation work may reference a control framework, but Zynovex does not audit, certify, or attest compliance, and nothing delivered is legal, tax, or accounting advice.

When work is delivered, responsibility for operating it transfers to you at handover.

6. Intellectual property and submitted materials

  • Zynovex retains rights in this website's branding, copy, layout, and internal methods unless a different written license is granted.
  • You retain rights to materials you submit for your own project, subject to any rights needed for Zynovex to review or perform the work.
  • Ownership and licensing for deliverables are defined in the signed engagement documents, not on this public page.

7. External tools, third-party links, and availability

The website may route you to external scheduling, CRM, analytics, hosting, or other service-provider surfaces. Once you leave the Zynovex site, the terms and privacy policies of those providers also apply.

Zynovex may change, suspend, or remove public content, routes, forms, or operating procedures at any time in order to maintain site quality, security, or commercial fit.

8. Current public contract posture

  • The public site publishes governing law for these website terms only. Project-specific governing-law, refund, liability-cap, and warranty language stays in the signed engagement documents.
  • Payment timing, cancellation, acceptance, intellectual-property transfer, confidentiality, and dispute terms are handled in signed project documents rather than inferred from website copy.
  • If Zynovex later publishes narrow commercial-policy summaries, those summaries will remain high-level and will not replace the signed agreement for any paid work.

9. Governing law and disputes

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute about them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in Wyoming.

This section covers this website and these terms. It does not govern a project. A signed engagement document carries its own governing law and dispute terms, and for the work that document covers, the document controls.

Zynovex operates from the United States and offers its services there. Nothing on this site is an offer to supply services in a jurisdiction where we do not operate.
