1. Information collected directly from you

• Full name, business email, company name, company URL, role, and team size.
• Inquiry context such as package type, current stack or topology, change summary, timeline, budget status, and decision-maker status.
• Any additional information you choose to send by email or through a follow-up conversation.

2. Technical, attribution, and security data

• UTM parameters, landing page, referrer, and click identifiers such as gclid or fbclid when they are present in the URL.
• Browser-stored attribution values used to preserve first-touch and last-touch source context for inquiry flow analysis.
• Operational and security data such as IP address, user agent, request path, and timestamp when forms or API routes are used.

3. Why the data is used

• Evaluate fit and route infrastructure requests into qualified, manual-review, or no-fit outcomes.
• Respond to inquiries and, when appropriate, move a qualified request into fixed-quote follow-up.
• Create or update internal lead records, founder alerts, CRM records, or delivery webhooks when those integrations are configured.
• Measure page and CTA performance using privacy-focused analytics and event tracking.
• Protect the site and APIs against abuse, spam, and security issues.

4. Who receives your information

These are the providers that receive data from this site, what each one does with it, and where it is handled. Not every provider is involved in every inquiry — an unqualified request never reaches the CRM, for instance — but this is the complete set.

Zynovex does not sell your information and does not share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

5. Where we offer services, and why we process data

Zynovex offers its services in the United States. We do not offer or market services to people or organisations in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, we do not direct advertising or outreach to those regions, and we do not seek to collect personal data from people there. Requests from those regions are refused at our network edge before they reach our servers, and a refused request is answered without being recorded.

If personal data about someone in those regions reaches us anyway — for example over a connection that presents itself as coming from somewhere else — we do not want it. Tell us at [email protected] and we will delete it, and we will delete it on our own initiative if we identify it ourselves.

Zynovex is established in the United States and processes data there. One analytics provider we use operates in the European Union, so some data does reach servers in the EU. That is a fact about where a supplier runs, not an offer of services in the EU, and it is disclosed here because you are entitled to know where your data goes.

6. Your rights over your data

Whoever you are and wherever you are, you can ask us to do the following with data we hold about you. These are not conditional on where you live. To exercise any of them, email [email protected]. We will respond within one month, and we do not charge for this.

• Access — ask what personal data we hold about you and receive a copy.
• Rectification — have inaccurate details corrected.
• Erasure — ask us to delete your data, subject to records we are required to keep.
• Restriction — ask us to pause processing while a dispute about accuracy or legitimacy is resolved.
• Portability — receive the data you gave us in a structured, machine-readable form.
• Objection — object to processing we carry out on the basis of legitimate interests, including any profiling used to route your inquiry.
• Withdraw consent — where processing rests on consent, withdraw it at any time without affecting what was lawful beforehand.

If the law where you live gives you a right to complain to a data protection authority, this policy does not take it away and we will not obstruct it. We would rather you raised it with us first, but you are not required to.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep data for the periods below rather than indefinitely:

8. Leaving this site

Zynovex uses this site to support business inquiries and scoped infrastructure implementation delivery. It is not intended for children, consumer social features, or public user accounts.

When a qualified inquiry moves to scheduling, you are sent to a page hosted by HubSpot. From that point that provider's own privacy policy governs what happens there, in addition to this one.
